1WHY CHOOSE FIT KITCHEN?
The menu is created by you on our meal creator and freshly prepared by rosette star chef in line with goals and delivered direct to your door. We use only the highest quality ingredients, never add sugar, never add preservatives and each meal will have right amount of Proteins, Fats and Carbohydrates as you will see on the screen before ordering. We believe in the quality of our meals so much that if you are unhappy with your meals for any reason, let us know and we will replace them free of charge!
2HOW DOES ORDERING WORK?
There are no tie ins or contracts with Fit Kitchen. You choose the frequency and the amount of food. You can pause, amend or stop your deliveries at any time by logging into your account or emailing us at hello@fitkitchen.uk.com. We offer one off order (which can be repeated as and when you want, you can create more than one meal plan for your high or low days for example or have a fat loss diet plan or a muscle gain diet plan).
3HOW DO I ORDER?
It's very straight forward. Create your profile tell us your goal, we can also calculate your macros if you do not know these, tell us and how many meals you would like us to provide, then our meal creator can suggest meals to you based on your preferences or you can create your own. If you have a specific meal plan you are following send it to us and we will give you a quote based on the number of meals and frequency. For example, if you use My Fitness Pal screenshot or download your meal plan and forward it to us. Once you have completed your meal selections and are happy with these, you can save them for future re ordering.
4HOW DO I PAY?
You can pay using Stripe (Payment Gateway) with all major credit/debit cards. We will then send you your food on the delivery date that you specified. For daily deliveries, we deliver two days food at a time. And for bulk orders we'll deliver it in a thermobox frozen fresh after cooking for your enjoyment. You can amend your delivery days and address 72 hours in advance. But we will do our best to accommodate your requests. 5WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver across the whole of mainland Great Britain. If you live in a remote area ask us and we can check with our delivery company if we can get food to you at home or your work.
6HOW SHALL I STORE MY MEALS ONCE THEY ARRIVE?
Our meals are chilled according to regulations, straight after cooking to keep the nutrients in the food. Storing them as cold as possible (frozen is best BUT in the fridge, is also fine if you are receiving two day's worth of food).
7CAN I AMEND MY MEAL PREFERENCES?
You can amend your meal preferences at any time by logging into your account and using the meal creator. You can do this per meal or for all your meals. If you are having difficulty with this you can use our live chat function on the site or simply email us at hello@fitkitchen.uk.com
8CAN I ORDER MEALS FOR A WEEK?
Yes, you can. You need to create food for one day then copy it 6 or 7 times duplicate day. Or you can create two or three days (and so on) and repeat them as you wish to create some variety. Once you placed this order you can login to your account and repeat you order anytime. We don't tie you into contracts or subscriptions.
9IS OUR FOOD HALAL?
We offer halal meat in all selections so just mention this to us when placing your order.
10WHAT ARE THE PRICES PER MEAL?
These will vary based on the information you enter. Our service and technology is designed to help you eat right so make sure the information is as accurate as it can be. Our meals start from £1.60 and can go up to £6+ based on things you add or indeed your lifestyle.
11WHAT IS THE ORDER CUT OFF TIME FOR 48 HOURS DELIVERY?
Orders for 48 hour delivery cut off time is 5pm. The order will be collected the next working day and delivered to you the following day.

Please note we are not the company selling frozen meals in the supermarket. Our food is fresh and delivered fresh.
